Delete Account & Data

We respect your right to control your data. This page explains how to permanently delete your Holisty data from your device and, if applicable, from our systems.

How Holisty Stores Data

Holisty is designed as an offline-first app. Almost all of your data — preferences, focus sessions, training settings, and layout customizations — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Holisty does not have user accounts. There is no login, registration, or profile associated with your use of the App.

What Data Is Deleted

• All app preferences (theme, colors, audio settings)
• Training layout and favorites
• Custom training intervals and default rounds
• Focus session configurations and blocked app selections
• Focus schedules and programs
• Focus usage tracking data
• Accessibility service consent record

Since this data exists only on your device, deleting it locally is sufficient — there is nothing stored on our servers to delete.

How to Delete Your Data

You can permanently remove all Holisty data by following these steps:

1. Open the Holisty app on your Android device.
2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon in the navigation bar).
3. Tap "Delete all data" in the Data section. This will clear all locally stored preferences, focus configurations, and session data immediately.
4. Uninstall the App — long-press the Holisty icon on your home screen or app drawer and select "Uninstall". This removes the App and any remaining local data from your device.

If you are unable to open the App, you can also delete all data directly through your device settings:

1. Open your device's Settings app.
2. Navigate to Apps → Holisty.
3. Tap Storage (or Storage & cache).
4. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data), then confirm.
5. Tap Uninstall to remove the App completely.

Accessibility Service

If you enabled the Accessibility Service for the Focus feature, uninstalling the App will automatically remove it. You can also disable it manually before uninstalling by going to your device's Settings → Accessibility → Holisty Focus and toggling it off. This immediately stops the service and deletes its stored data.

Server-Side Data

The Holisty API server does not store any user data. It currently serves only health and status endpoints and has no database tables with user information. There is nothing server-side to delete.
