Holisty in ChatGPT

Read the ChatGPT plugin guide for availability, example requests, shared-link privacy and Android setup. The plugin is currently in private testing; the existing Use with AI flow works without it.

Opening a shared workout

Use the latest Holisty Android app and open Settings → Workout links for the optional setup assistant. In Android settings, enable Holisty’s supported links under “Open by default”. An internet connection is needed to load a short workout link. Once prepared, the timer runs on your device.

Unavailable links

Public workout shares expire 30 days after creation and may also be removed. Ask the creator for a new link. A link prepares a workout; it never starts a timer automatically.

Request removal

If a shared workout contains personal information or inappropriate content, email privacy@holisty.app with the workout link and a brief explanation. Anyone holding a share link can read it; it is not a private account record.
